Anyone with the link can fetch this one file until it expires, you revoke it (tap its "link" badge twice), or you delete the item.

Recorded when a share link is opened (IP as seen by the CDN, so a phone on mobile data shows its carrier) and when you download or share an item from the app. Messenger apps fetch a link once to build their preview; those are counted separately.

Opens the iCloud link; on an iPhone it lands in the Shortcuts app ready to add. The link carries your posting key: anyone holding it can add items to this feed (never read it), and it can be revoked.

Deletes every unpinned item and its files. Pinned items stay. No undo: it asks for a second tap with the exact count.
